What
are Sterling Editions?
Sterling Editions are Laureate's next generation of language intervention software. These all-new programs combine the latest developments in linguistic theory and language research with superior instructional design to provide research-based intervention services. The development and field-testing of our Sterling Edition programs were supported by a series of Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grants from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD) and National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD).
You'll find that Sterling Editions make instructional delivery more individualized and more efficient than ever before.
Sterling Editions feature two pioneering advancements:
Optimized Intervention®
technology is an incredibly powerful, innovative system that tailors instructional
delivery to each student's unique needs. The program tracks detailed
information about a student's performance and then uses this information
to provide highly individualized treatment. By continually making decisions
about how to present instructional material, Optimized Intervention
makes training faster and more effective.
Optimized Intervention® technology...
automatically adjusts intervention to match each student's needs
collects extensive data for documenting student performance
maximizes the available learning time and guarantees progress
This innovative management system
lets you easily build and maintain student files, individualize program
settings, analyze performance data, and write reports. By providing a
single interface for using multiple programs with an unlimited number
of students, the Sterling Administration System offers maximum flexibility
and control.
The Sterling Administration System...
eases the management of student information,
settings, and data
simplifies data analysis and the reporting of student performance
improves accountability with powerful new report-writing options
The Sterling Edition programs include new programs as well as all-new versions of many of Laureate's classic
